An inside look at the beginning of Berkly Catton’s NHL journey. This video follows Spokane Chiefs top forward prospect Berkly Catton through his experience at the 2024 NHL Draft, where he was selected 8th-overall by the Seattle Kraken – the highest player drafted from the Chiefs since Pat Falloon in 1991 (2nd-overall to the San Jose Sharks).

This past season (2023-24), I took on my first long-form video project with the Spokane Chiefs. Entirely shot, edited, and produced by myself, this project followed two of our top players through a typical practice day and a game day.
The boys draw the logo from memory.
One of the challenge videos I did this season involved players drawing our main logo from memory. We did this in conjunction with one of our School Nights, which we also had local students draw our player headshots for.
